Once delivered:

5. Returns and Refunds

  3. Repackage with original materials and ship to our Seattle address

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless due to our error.

Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
