Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our angle grinders, circular saws, cordless drills, and all professional power tools. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our straightforward process:
Eligibility
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Item must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags/packaging)
- Original proof of purchase required
- All accessories and documentation must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Saw Accessories (blades, guards, etc.)
- Combo Power Tool Sets if any item from the set has been used
- Any product showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not present at delivery
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Order number and product details
- Reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Repackage item(s) in original packaging with all accessories
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship to: Makillta Store Returns, 618 University Street, Seattle, US 98119
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
- Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
- May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly specify the replacement product in your initial email
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective power tool (angle grinder, reciprocating saw, table saw, etc.):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for quality control
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
- Refunds issued in USD (subject to currency exchange rates)
- Additional processing time required
