If you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all original tags and packaging)
- Original proof of purchase is provided
- All accessories and documentation are included
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Saw Accessories (blades, guards, etc.) once opened or used
- Combo Power Tool Sets if any item from the set has been used
- Any product showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not present at delivery
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your initial email, clearly specify the replacement product you want
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective power tool (angle grinder, reciprocating saw, table saw, etc.):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for quality control purposes
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
- Allow additional time for international returns to be processed
